How can I purchase?

Shopping online at Munib Nawaz is very easy:
- Once you have found an item, click on the ‘BUY NOW' button or ‘Request For Quote’.
- You can see your shopping cart, if you want to purchase another item with it so click on’ CONTINUE SHOPPING’ button and if you are done then click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button
- Since at Munib Nawaz mostly outfits are made to order, our customer serviceteam will be happy to assist you.

Which size should I choose?

All products are sold according to the standard size chart of Munib Nawaz. But as sizes can vary, we have provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. What payment methods you offer?

We have multiple payment options. You can pay online via Bank Transfer (account numbers provided at checkout) or use a Master or Visa Card. Just press the “Order Now” button to proceed with your order.

What is the payment process?

We require 50% down payment to confirm your order. The balance is payable when your outfit is ready before delivery.

I placed an order online, what’s next?

Our sales consultant will get in touch with you through WhatsApp and/or email to ensure everything is in order.

Can I customize my order?

Yes. Selected customization options are available.

Can we get custom fitting?

Yes, you can get custom fitting, but additional charges apply.

Can I add more dresses to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together simply email info@munibnawazshop.com or call +92 321 2571057 for advice.

What is the process to cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel. Please read our “Return& Exchange” policies.

How do I return the purchased Item?

If you are not in Pakistan then you have to dispatch the package back to Pakistan. For more details read our “Return & Exchange” policies.

How much does delivery cost?

Different locations have different delivery costs. The delivery cost is calculated instantly when you place the order.

We stock the majority of the Munib Nawaz range online, if you don’t find your required one online so just simply email info@munibnawazshop.com or call+92 321 2571057 you will be entertained.

What happens if the product I’ve ordered isn’t in stock?

Our website system is designed to ensure that stock levels are always accurate, and that products ordered are available. Unfortunately, there may sometimes be errors, and occasionally products which are available from our website may be out of stock in our warehouse. If this happens, we will only ship you any items from your order which are in stock. You will not be charged for out-of-stock items. However, you can still check with our customer service representative for that particular item.
